Zimpli Kids are the innovative manufacturers behind some of the most unique children’s toy brands on the market! We strive to create fun ‘just add water’ products to enhance both children’s and parent’s experiences of bath time and sensory play time. You may know us best for our ever so famous Gelli Baff and Slime Baff; two certified biodegradable powders that transform water into goo or slime and back again! These products are viral sensations with over 9 BILLION views and counting, on YouTube, from independent reviewers worldwide. This social media success helped us to secure distribution worldwide and we now deliver bath time fun to over 50 countries across the globe!
The Role:
Zimpli Kids is looking to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager to join its successful team. As part of a growing company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers in the UK & Ireland, increasing customer base and identifying new opportunities when they arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, using our bespoke CRM system
• Seeking out and identifying new business opportunities, to develop them into profitable and sustainable relationships
• Monitor customer sales performance and act as required
• Achieving sales targets
• Attending UK tradeshows when required
• Maximise sales and profit growth on all accounts
• Providing solutions to customer queries in a timely manner
• Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Successful Candidates will have to show:
• A proven track record in sales
• Confidence to develop new customer relationships and build on existing ones
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• A passion for sales and a desire to attract new customers
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A friendly and approachable nature
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Articulate with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
