PPE Testing Information
GB2626-2006 - This Standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods and marking of non-powered air-purifying particle respirator. KN95 is an industry-standard and means that the mask provides the intended effectiveness of filtering 95 percent of particles with a mass median diameter of 0.3 micrometers.
ISO 18184: 2019 - Antiviral textile products are textiles capable of reducing the number of infectious virus particles that come in contact with the surface of the textile. ISO 18184: 2019 standard specifies test methods for determining the antiviral activity of textile products against specific viruses.
EN14683 - Specifies minimum requirements for the construction, design, performance requirements and test methods for medical face masks. Protects the wearer from droplets produced by a person directly in front of them.
EN 1276 - is a European standard for the bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants as proof of effective infection control against harmful
micro-organisms. In order to pass this standard, products must prove a bacteria kill rate of 99.999% within 5 minutes.
EN1500 - is a European Standard test method that evaluates the efficacy of a hygienic handrub by measuring the number of viable bacteria remaining on the fingertips after contamination and handrub exposure
MSDS - material safety data sheet is a document that lists information relating to occupational safety and health for the use of various substances and products. MSDSs are a widely used system for cataloguing information on chemicals, chemical compounds, and chemical mixtures.
